Underground Parking: Underground parking is available for tenants. All vehicles parked in the underground lot must have a yellow parking sticker. Underground parking can be obtained by paying a monthly fee and is contracted for the entire term of your lease agreement. For more information or to obtain underground parking, please submit a comment to our office using the tenant website. Surface Level Parking: Surface level parking in the lot directly in front of Motor Wheel Lofts is available for tenant use only on a first come first serve basis. All cars must have a black parking sticker and be legally parked in an approved parking space. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at building owner's discretion. Visitor Parking: Visitor parking and overflow tenant parking is located in the west half of the 700 May Street Lot. At no time is ANY vehicle, tenant or visitor to be parked in the lot directly behind Motor Wheel Lofts. This lot is reserved for the sole use of its commercial tenants. Any unauthorized vehicle, tenant or visitor will be ticketed and towed.
