Underground Parking: Underground parking is available for tenants. All vehicles parked in the underground lot must have a yellow parking sticker. Underground parking can be obtained by paying a monthly fee and is contracted for the entire term of your lease agreement. For more information or to obtain underground parking, please submit a comment to our office using the tenant website. Surface Level Parking: Surface level parking in the lot directly in front of Motor Wheel Lofts is available for tenant use only on a first come first serve basis. All cars must have a black parking sticker and be legally parked in an approved parking space. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at building owner's discretion. Visitor Parking: Visitor parking and overflow tenant parking is located in the west half of the 700 May Street Lot. At no time is ANY vehicle, tenant or visitor to be parked in the lot directly behind Motor Wheel Lofts. This lot is reserved for the sole use of its commercial tenants. Any unauthorized vehicle, tenant or visitor will be ticketed and towed.

Pet Policy

Motor Wheel Lofts is a pet friendly environment. But all pets must be approved by management PRIOR to any animal being allowed to enter the premises. Your lease agreement clearly states if you have been given permission to have a pet within the building. If your lease agreement does not reflect that you have permission for a pet (type of pet, amount of pet fee and initials of both the Landlord and Tenant) you DO NOT have permission to have a pet on the premises. This applies to all pets, whether "visiting" or owned by you. If you are found to have an unauthorized pet in the building the terms of your lease regarding pets will be enforced without exception. If during your residency you wish to obtain a pet, you must contact Management and request authorization. If authorization is granted, you will be required to sign a lease amendment and pay a monthly pet fee PRIOR to bringing the pet into the building. Motor Wheel Lofts reserves the right to deny authorization for any pet for any reason, including but not limited to size, temperament, breed and over all building capacity. Pet Owners: If you have been given authorization to keep a pet in Premises (through your lease agreement or amendment) you are required to be a responsible and courteous pet owner. It is also important to note that the authorization for your pet is not transferable to another animal. Your authorization applies only to the pre-approved animal. Pre-approved dogs must have a bark-collar to control barking when left alone. All dogs must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas of the building. You are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste. Pet waste stations are located at the North Service drive and under the garage entrance for your use. Animals are not permitted to be left unattended on balconies and are not permitted in the courtyard located on the east side of the building. Failure to pick up pet waste or keep animals leashed will be met with a $50.00 fine and/or revocation of pet
