|Recommended: YesSophisticated city vibe — MW has a great feeling -- it's definitely a city vibe but I've encountered no problems with noise. The building is kept clean at all times and any work requests - at least, in my experience - are handled very quickly.

The design of the units, great views of the sunset, heated garage and great customer service reminds me of my beloved Chicago. The owner, Harry is simply the best. Adison is AWESOME This is a great place to call home
|Recommended: YesA Unique and Characterful Home — After touring a number of boring, white-walled apartment complexes that were basically the same one to the next, I was pleased to come upon the unique community at Motor Wheel. I have lived in the renovated Prudden Wheel factory for around 7 months now and continue to marvel at the cavernous hallways and excellent fixtures about the property. Adison and her team do a wonderful job keeping everything clean and running smoothly. I highly recommend Motor Wheel Lofts to anyone seeking a unique and characterful home for their time in Lansing

|Recommended: YesOur favorite place we've ever lived — We are from Grand Rapids and living in Lansing for the year and are SO pleased we went with Motor Wheel. They are absolutely the best. The lofts are gorgeous and super well designed. There is a 24 hour gym, two elevators one being a freight elevator, keen for moving in and out and the staff is super welcoming and helpful. We've had to make 2 maintenance requests, both of which were handled within 24 hours and without any further issues. The concret floors are great and we've never heard our neighbors. AND THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN IS BEAUTIFUL we're in model B . The high ceilings windows were a seller for my fiance and I, as well as the overall vibe. The location is perfect and the neighbors are friendly. Bonus, we always feel safe and even get our occasional dog fix in when passing by them in the halls. We would live here forever if we could.
|Recommended: YesAll Around Excellent Place to Live — MW Lofts has a very cool industrial look on the outside and an upscale, trendy look on the inside. The entire facility is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The facility is extremely well-maintained. The units have glossy, sealed concrete floors with some minor cracks that add to the character of the loft . The appliances, AC heat, sinks, tub, lights, wall paint, etc. are contemporary. Calls for maintenance are remedied swiftly.
This is a concrete building. So, you really don't hear your neighbors. Most people are professionals here and very respectable. If people do get too loud, the staff has zero tolerance for it and will handle it. There are copious parking spaces. I personally park underground. It is heated - what a great feature in the winter
I have been with H-Inc for over 2 years. The staff Steven and Adison and the owner Harry have always done me right. They are hands-down good people.
I 100 recommend MW Lofts.

|Recommended: YesLuxury in the city — I am so impressed with the level of attention Adison has given to finding me the perfect place to live. Motor Wheel is both modern and warm, and a has the best of both worlds. It's a quiet building with great service. Maintenance tickets get taken care of with great speed, the hallways are always clean, and general pride is always taken in the building. Harry and Adison go to great lengths to make Motor Wheel a great place to live, and it really is Best place in Lansing.
|Recommended: YesVery happy I found the MotorWheel Lofts — I love our apartment. It is beautifully designed and has excellent, energy-saving appliances. With an open plan, high ceilings and a wall of windows, the apartment feels airy and spacious. The management is excellent and on top of things. Maintenance is always responsive and they are constantly making improvements to the common areas. Some not all of the dog owners in the building should be a bit more respectful of the elevators, but it is a small issue. The landscaping is also creative and adds to the overall quality of the building. It isn't cheap, but living here has made my time in Lansing enjoyable and positive - so worth every penny.
|Recommended: YesAdison Purchase — Just wanted to say that Adison does a great job representing MotorWheel lofts. She is kind, friendly, and always available for any problem or concern. Adison came to my apartment in a time of crisis last fall when my water heater was overflowing, and she quickly resolved the issue She is always a great person to see around the building, and she has been probably the best landlord I have ever had.
